I know most of you have heard of the video game series called "Hitman." Well like most good games, and stories, a movie follows them. I did go out and see it and thought that it had it's ups and downs. I was very confused on the plot and got lossed sometimes. The fight scenes were good I thought, pretty usual.

Any thought on this movie?

I am a huge fan of the game franchise, and then saw that the movie got horrid reviews, so I have been hesitant to go see it.

Killed Big Daddies With The Wrench

That's a real shame. I've only played the second hitman, which was AMAZING. I also heard Blood Money was good too. I wanted to see it, but friends held me back on the stereotype of all game-based movies sucking.

it was ok..i mean the chick was bangin!!! and the fight scenes and stuff were cool.just the plot was kinda weak, and the main guy seemed not right to me for some reason.

I saw the trailer for it yesterday when I was setting mothers christmas present up.. I wasn't impressed, to be honest.

I'll end up seeing the movie, I have no doubt, but from what I saw it won't be a pleasant experience :/

I saw it, it was awesome. There were some parts that made me [and my friends] laugh out loud and some other parts where you want to shout HOLY SHIT but don't because you remember you're in a theatre.

Then again, I've never played Hitman, so my opinion is biased as I can't scream OH MY GOODNESS THEY DESTROYED THE UNIQUENESS OF 47, DAMN YOU HOLLYWOOD. <B>DAMN YOU</B> :V

They could have gotten a better actor. But the movie was actually... good... But they could have gotten a better actor by far. Some of the scenes choreograph was really good, others well... made me bow my head in shame. The cameo with the game was awesome though.

The movie was good as a movie... at least to me. Doesnt live up to the game series at all really... (but they did have this part where he flies into this room where these kids are playing Hitman Blood Money on the hotel TV!)

The only downfall I found in it is that I went with two people who havent even touched the game... and they had a lot of unanswered questions and confusion from the movie... so yeah... that's my imput...

  I went with my GF and since I forced the game down her throat when it came out, she knew the gist of it. The games do not really do anything for the plot other than agent 47 killing people while trying to protect a girl. Unlike the games where its Agent 47 killing people while trying to protect his own rear and make loads of cash!

I love the Hitman series, but I love movies even more. I have 2 perspectives on movies, as a normal civilian, and a film student apprenticing under Ralph Winters (producer of Xmen).

As a normal civilian who knows the game I thought it was good, except the story lost me alot of the time. But the action shots were totally kick ass and sort of realistic.

As a film student, the story sucked. Agent 47 had no motivation other than survival, which we all know that he'll survive because he IS Agent 47. As for the action, it was good, but not kick ass enough. The romance undertones were also very subdued and could have been played more. Who wouldn't want to see the perplexed face of Agent 47 as he tries to figure out sex on the fly? He has to get something wrong some time.

But that's just my opinion, a little late I know but filming and gaming eats up alot of time. Too da loo!
