How are you going to balance this?

You cannot put something in play which there is absolutely no defense for. It shoves team balance off-tilt and becomes a serious problem (ala Mammoth Tank rush) to a point that no one will want to use what you have created.

So tell me how you plan to balance this out. :P

    Well, I admit I haven't hammered those details out 100% yet; but then...with a game that has things like Krogoths that pretty much take anything down and are next to impossible to get rid of, I assume I can add this in somewhere without too much trouble.

    At the worst; they will be costly and the cost of keeping them cloaked will be great enough that someone wouldn't be able to use too many of them without robbing from everything else. So they most likely won't be usable til later on in the game, when people start bringing out the bigger weapons and the like.

    Since cloaking them would be so costly, I figure most of them will be visible, which will give someone a chance to try and fire on them from a distance (probably through FPS view); but then there will be the occasional cloaked one to surprise a view bombers/etc coming in to the person's base.

    As far as the coding and such goes though, til I find help/learn it myself, those details are a bit harder to pan out. :>

      I assume Spring is cpp. Do you have to write in that, or do they handle mechanics with a slave language?
