Killzone sucked for PS2 I don't know which version you were playing
Wii isn't a fad, it's a gimmick.
PSX games are free via emulator and most are cheaper from stores
Overall I think PS2 is better due to being a lot cheaper, but then again it may be that PS2 has a lot of the games I enjoy so other peoples opinions may vary.

Sony has confirmed that a firmware update, version 2.20, to release in late March, will upgrade the PS3's Blu-ray movie playback capabilities to the new Profile 2.0 standard.
It's out, and does exactly what it says on the tin.
