This is one of my all time favorite games.....It might not have been as polished as GTA, but the whole "pick up cars" thing added some serious replay value. Creativity goes a long way.....ever tried putting satellite dishes on the highway? The cars go flying.....:D And if you're good, you can probably get them to jump multiple times. *sigh* I wish my friends would still play with me, though....

        I don't recall where it was, but it can't have been the Agency tower, because I had literally just started the game again, and had zero skills. I think there was a slight hicup with the game when it happened :B
