Games these days have been getting progressively worse, which is sad.

There hasn't been a good mech based game (I blame the lousy Gundam games of recent years) for so long I've gone and forgotten what one's like.

honestly... i loved mechwarrior and i lived to play that game... i always loved to pick the flying mech's... until i found the tanks... haha i always ordered my mech's to stay at my side and i would just walk twords and enemy them shooting at me... and what do ya know... i hit the alpha key and all my weapons fire at you... ggood thing you can survive 3 different lazers, 5 rockets, and and emp wait no i lied... hahaha

ahhh what were the clan names again... i liked in the earlier games they really enstilled the clans were in the last one it wasn't soo much clans as you are part of a few survived members of a royal family

that last battle though... was epic

Ah,jumpjets. Useful but no match for the rawr fury of a timberwolf. or an axeman. I really dug the idea of a mech with a bfo axe just running about cutting other mechs up.

or archer actually. archer was a really good chassis too.

  I can see the point of that, and how it would work. its a shame about 3025. but fasa have always been pushy about their IP.
  
  I guess it goes with the turf. roelplaying games and wargames do get ripped off to hell and back by each other. Even GW sued blizzard over starcraft I think it was.
