So there have been A LOT of rumors flying around about this franchise. We already know a DS Castlevania will arrive soon, that goes by the name "Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia". You can find the trialer here:

But what about a Wii version? Anyone excited about using the Wiimote as a whip?

There is a website containing information for a Japanese manga about the Castlevania series, and the manga summary states that it is based on "Castlevania Games on Wii and DS(Fall 2008)". Could that mean Konami is planning a simultaneous release of a Wii Castlevania with the DS one? Or could it be a simple typo? Who knows? But we should discuss it.

I'd also like to discuss the DS trialer. It seems they are doing away with the "control-two-characters-at-one-time" concept from Portrait of Ruin, while allowing you to play as two characters. ( or so I think ) The girl is definitely the main character, but that blonde guy with the gun(s) looks like another main character that the game will switch you over to, or possibly switch to him on the fly. The powers in this one look interesting, and the boss fights look really really awesome. 'Specially that one with the giant crab.
