They're kidna hard to get, tho, since in stores they usually don't sell the whole thing. My grandma has rabbits, so ever since we were little my brother and me used to fight over who gets the head X3~~~
It's really easy to cook, too. You just throw it into boiling water either alone or with soup -nods-

There isn't too much of meat, but there's the tongue, a bit of meat in eye sockets, some blood on the neck (( brother never liked that part, I did tho )), and brain, which is the bestest part x3~
Getting to it without damaging it can be a bit tricky, since you have to break off parts of the skull to get inside

I dunno what to relate it to, it's got its own specific taste. Try it and you'll see
I'm pretty used to that. Ever since I was little I knew that once the fuzzy little things grow up, my granpa's going to smash their head, hang them by the back legs, gut them and grandma will cook them, and they're going to taste delicious. So I never really got attached to the grown rabbits, but was usually sad when a little one died -shrugs-
