What if you could customize your user page in a manner like Facebook? Decide where your friends window will go, move different attributes to different sides, different places. Certain important ones would stay the same, such as your information panel and the comments on the bottom right, but it'd be nice to decide what goes where perhaps. Maybe in order to give more incentive this ability could be for Subscribers, in a win-win situation for everyone.
