Well, I wana say Ron Paul, but im too young to vote. I hate obama and clinton.. so much they do not deserver to be capitalized! Anywho, obama hasn't really stated anything that says "vote for me" other than his obama girl. Clinton (had to capitalize it.. start of sentence) is just feeding off the media by saying i hate war...
Ron Paul is the internet super hero!---

Meh, Obama's pretty cool in my opinion. I don't know jack about what he's supporting, but I like his attitude. And the fact that he supports the gaming industry.
Clinton's basically Jack Thompson's bitch. Or maybe Jack Thompson's Hillary's bitch. I haven't figured it out yet.01.06.08 10:36 pm -

If I was American it would definitely be Obama. He's really the only candidate that actually wants to go forwards instead of the usual backwards that governments seem to be so fond of. He wants to change copyright law, limit corporate power (all things that get you floating face down in a river) and actually pass laws and policy that favours citizens instead of business (Economy does not = happiness people). He's also the only candidate not jumping on the insane-national-security-destroy-civil-liberties bandwagon, which is really nothing more than a giant scare campaign to give government agencies the absolute power they've always wanted. Even so, he's a step in the right direction (left), but not far enough. But don't worry, even if your are a right-wing fascist pig, I won't hate you for it

I'm one of those people who will likely never vote because I never know enough to care. For right now I doesn't matter cause I can't.
Even so I was going for Romney, but then I learned he thought games were "a pile of filth" and I lost all respect for him. So now I don't really have a choice.---

While it's obvious you were just trying to be a dick to women (no offense to you), you might be onto something here...
Let me just start off by saying, I love women, love 'em to death, they make much better friends.
Anyway, I've lived most of my life with girls, and still do. Generally they're all really good natured and nice. However, once a month (some more) everything changes. Their moods are... extreme and their personalities change. But, one thing is always the same, they all have shorter fuses. Maybe about 1/4th their normal temper control.
Not slandering here, seriously, believe me, this is a legitimate concern. What if our leader has a swing and tries to do something... drastic?
OR! It's more then likely she's hit Menopause. For a list of its symptoms see (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Menopause#Symptoms_of_perimenopause.2C_the_menopause_transition_time)
Alright then, that stretched out my window...
Anyway, I dearly hope, if she's elected, she's fought through the changes in behavior...
"As the body struggles to adapt to the rapidly changing levels of natural hormones, vasomotor symptoms such as hot flashes and palpitations, psychological symptoms such as depression, anxiety, irritability, mood swings and lack of concentration."
In a word. GOOD LORD. Depression? Uh oh. Anxiety!? Oh DAMN! Irritability? Wow. Mood Swings? See ya! Off to Canada!
Haha, and you all though PMS was bad.

That is bullshit. You are just finding reasons now, besides, presidents don't just make desicions on a whim (if any, most are done by heads of department and advisors, they just rubber-stamp it), they take months of planning and discussion.---

clinton is pissing me off... mainly because she's using her woman-ry as an excuse to get people to freaking vote for her and considering Jack Thompson is my mortal enemy, she just gets pushed further down my list. obama is kinda using the same thing, save he's black or half or whatever.
I'm missing the chance to vote by less than a month... but I think I'd have to go with Ron Paul.---

Worrying is about as effective as chewing gum to solve algebra
I think the best US election would be between a black man and a woman of any ethnic origin.
That'd really interest me, because I'm certain it'd be a really weird voting pattern.
Other than that, I have no opinion on US elections at the moment, since Bush can't be re-elected, and Schwazeneger can't be elected either. Yet, anyway.
I sorta hope Obama comes out on top, because that'd be funny, and I enjoy saying 'Obama'---

Huckabee, if anything.
I can pick apart the Demos if you like.
Obama doesn't have the right background for the job. Not trying to sound bigoted, but he's really not fit to be the president. Why? The guy grew up in Kenya. Not the US. Our presidents should be home grown.
Hilary, everyone says 'Oh! She has EXPERIENCE!' I'm calling bull shit on that. She does NOT have experience. She was a FIRST LADY, not the secretary of state. No amount of crying will change that fact. She thinks she was involved. However, she was not. He just played the role of humanitarian.
Speaking of her crying. What is with that? Who wants a president that cries on her political trail?
Edwards. No. Just no. No foreign policy backgrounds. I also believe he cried as well...---

well..frew if we gonna say anything about obama itd be he isnt experienced and hasnt had enough time to show people what he stands for. i think hes riding the media too much without actually making it clear on what he is. saying you wont vote for him because he grew up in kenya is a load of bukake because if anything it helps him, because he has extensive international experience. along with being ignorant as tits.
and fyrel..come on lol...our president is bush right now. if we playin name games, id rather have obama then bush lol01.11.08 6:47 am-

All that first part is true. He has no experience, but I thought that if I put all that for him, I'd just be repeating myself later on.
And of course he's riding the media. He's the first black presidential candidate in the history of the country who hasn't been lynched by angry hicks, shot at, or ignored at the polls.
That in itself makes him newsworthy, and I expected him to do this. It's typical,he has a huge chunk of voters following him, just because he's black, and the media loves to cover him, just because he's black.
Yeah, I know that growing up in Kenya isn't a bad thing, but it's important to remember that we want a president who might actually give a damn about school reforms, and that kind of involves said leader going through our crappy schools.
And yes. He be vuurry ig'r'nt at times.---

No, I think him growing up in Kenya gives him a lot more perspective on what's happening outside of our first-world country. He's likely to care a lot more about school reforms and such, seeing as he's probably been close to those who haven't been able to have an education. I can also see him regaining the US in the eyes of the rest of the world. Right now, basically everybody hates us. If the president actually gives a damn about what's happening elsewhere, maybe we'll decrease our chances of another 9/11.01.15.08 3:50 am

I am completely against clinton, if she wins I am moving out of the country for the next four years. One big reason that I don't want hillary to win is because bush senior was president from 89-92 when clinton took over. After his 8 years bush jr won 8 years. If clinton won this one election we would have had two families in power for 24 years, with the possibility of 28 if she got two terms.
For the democrats, my favorite is Al Gore, but seeing as he isn't running, I am going to side with obama because he is more electable, plus clinton doesn't seem terribly intelligent or have good policies (in addition to my earlier comment).
On the republican side I am leaning Huckabee, although I absolutely hate his economic policy. For those of you that don't know it, he supports a "fair tax" that gets rid of the income tax and replaces it with a complete sales tax. Lower income families would get tax refunds on the neccessities (food, clothes, etc.) effectively paying no taxes meaning that rich people that buy more would pay more than poorer people...in theory. In practice, this policy would not generate enough income to sustain our already overburdened economy and the rich people would pay off politicians to reduce their taxes, would would only hurt more. Other than this policy though, I like his other policies and because there is no way his fair tax would ever make it through congress, I support him for president.
Who i vote for in the real election though depends on who wins the primaries. I plan on voting republican, but i don't particularly like the rest of the republicans so I don't know.---

I voted for Huckabee in the primaries. If Clinton Becomes president I'm leaving the US nough said there and Obama has to many ties to Islam and his brother is a black rights extremist, not really something I want as a leader.
Disclaimer* I have nothing against Islam or Black people just the facthe might later support people getting blown up---

I find your final statement somewhat ironic. I would like to know what ties to Islam Barack has, as I can find no evidence on the internet. I can neither find any mention of a black rights extremist brother either, so tell me, where are you getting this from?
Also, I would just like to point out that no matter how muslim people are, none of them actually supports people being blown up (besides about 5-6 militant leaders and fundamentalist groups in the remote parts of the middle east). Radical Islam is like the KKK, and I should also say that conservative Christianity has produced far more horrific threats to society than the "spectre" of terrorism.
Like I said, I don't care who you vote for as long as you know why.---

I'd just like to say, props to the people justifying their desicions, but to others, use your brain please. I don't care who people vote for as long as they know why, as this "Ooh, I like the sound of him" mentality is what got the US into the pickle it's in now. That's what campain advertisers and whoever want you to do. Vote on image, not policy or record. As long as you have a legitimate reason for your decisions that's fine, otherwise you are all just sheep.---
